Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
1.2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within 7days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Like refunds, personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Non-eligible Items:
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without their original tags and packaging.
- Personalized or customized items unless they are damaged or defective.
- Clearance or sale items (unless they are damaged or defective).
- Initiating a Refund or Exchange:
To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
3.1. Contact Customer Support: Before sending back the item, please reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (+91) 9718019960. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3.2. Package Your Item Securely: Once you have obtained the RA number, carefully package the item with all its original tags and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3.3. Ship the Item: We will send you our courier boy you can give the parcel to him, he will do further actions.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
- Refund and Exchange Processing:
4.1. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund back to the original payment method within 4 – 5 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
4.2. Exchange Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you within 4-5 business days. If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged item, we will adjust the amount accordingly.
